Healing Habits for Social Anxiety

A Group for Teens

Are you preparing to go to college or to leave home and questioning if you are ready to be "on your own"?

Do you have difficulty talking to strangers, asking for help, or even feeling anxious about placing your coffee order?

Do you find it difficult to socialize in a post-pandemic world?

Do you have the desire to be comfortable in social situations, but struggle with the confidence to make changes?

If you answered yes to any of these questions and are between the ages of 14 and 18, then our Teen Social Skills Group is the right fit for you!

What To Expect

During the 90-minute group sessions, participants will receive education and support to understand and overcome social anxiety. The sessions will focus on exploring the reasons behind the anxiety and developing effective communication skills while providing tools and strategies to achieve their social skills goals.

Each session will be conducted in a safe and supportive environment where participants can share their experiences and receive feedback. Participants will leave each session with a deeper understanding of their social anxiety, improved communication skills, and a plan to work towards their social skills goals.
