Our Services
Our professional counselors are in network with some insurance plans. Our associate counselors are not credentialed with insurance companies just yet meaning that they are considered out-of-network.
If a counselor you would like to work with is not in network with your plan, you may be able to use your out-of-network benefits. Out-of-network benefits will reimburse part of your therapy costs typically after a deductible is met. Most PPO plans have out-of-network benefits.
We understand that navigating insurance can be challenging and sometimes intimidating. We believe in empowering our clients to understand their insurance benefits and have developed a guide to help our clients ask the right questions of their insurance company. *Clients are strongly encouraged to check their insurance benefits prior to starting counseling.
Out of Pocket Fees
$130 per hour for individual counseling sessions with a Professional Counselor (LPC)
$100 per hour for individual counseling sessions with an Associate Counselor (LAC).
$50 per hour for individual counseling session with a Clinical Intern.
Clinical Supervision Services
Clinical supervision services are available to provisionally licensed counselors seeking experience and supervision toward their professional license.
Weekly clinical supervision services are offered at a rate of $100 per hour for individual supervision sessions and $50 per hour for group supervision sessions.
Our Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and/or you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $60 fee.
