What To Expect

Introducing SereneTeens - a welcoming space designed to empower teenagers to conquer anxiety, build resilience, and form meaningful connections.


Our program offers a safe and supportive environment where participants can share their experiences, learn valuable coping strategies, and engage with peers.


In our 90-minute group sessions, participants will gain the knowledge and support needed to understand and conquer anxiety.


Our focus is on identifying the root causes of anxiety and equipping teens with the skills to manage it effectively. Each session provides a platform for open discussion, feedback, and the development of personalized strategies to tackle anxiety head-on.
